Star City, Training in 6 Parts: Neutral Dive is a video work created for Tavares Strachan’s experiment series BASEC, the Bahamas Air and Sea Exploration Center. The artist trained for missions into space at the Yuri Gagarin Russian State Science Research Cosmonaut Training Centre in Star City, Russia. A major physical component of space training is experiencing dislocation.
